Four stages in outsourcing

Outsourcing generally encompasses four stages and they are
1) strategic thinking, it is a way to develop the organization's philosophy and also about the role of outsourcing and its activities;
2) evaluation and selection, evaluating is necessary and it through this the organisation can decide on the appropriate outsourcing projects and potential locations for the work to be done and service providers to do it;
3) contract development, to work out the legal, pricing and service level agreement (SLA) terms;
4) outsourcing management or governance, to refine the ongoing working relationship between the client and outsourcing service providers.

Outsourcing company

The outsourcing benefits the management and the most common form of outsourcing are information process outsourcing and buisness process outsourcing. It has been around as long as work specialization has existed.
